hydroxyethyl Methyl cellulose contains methyl, ethyl and hydroxyethyl subsitution giving a unique balance between workability and strength. is a  non-ionic water soluble cellulose ether intended as a water retainning and consistency improving additive to cement based mortars.
is medium viscosity grade of methyl ethyl hydroxyethyl cellulose.
