PCE is a polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer powder produced by high temperature powder spraying process, with ultra-high water reducing effect, suitable for cement-based mortar or ready-mixed concrete with high fluidity and high strength requirements.
Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer is a kind of powder form polycarboxylate ether superplasticizer manufactured through optimizations of molecular configuration and synthesis process.It is suitable for cementitious mortars with requirements of high fluidity and high strength.
Widely used in highways, bridges, dams, tunnels, high-rise buildings and other engineering projects.

Product Description

PCE/Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer is a kind of free-flowing powder form superplasticizer, as a universal product, designed for applications of flowing mortars with universal and special cementitious binders.
Composed of polycarboxylate ether copolymer, its main chain anchors on the surface of cementitious  binder particle while the unique comb structure as side chain stretches in the water.
The combination of electrostatic force and steric stretching effect imparts low water demand and high flowing ability to mortars.

Dosage and Handling                                                                   
1022 should be dry-blended with the other dry ingredients at a minimal dosage of 0.1% to 0.3% by total weight of cementitious components. The actual dosage should be determined through suitable tests prior to production and application
                                                                            
Packaging and Storage                                                                  
A. Standard Packing: In 25kg paper bags inner with PE bags
B. Big Bag or other special packages are possible on request.
Not more than 12 months under condition 5-35°C, dry and cool. Prevent direct sunlight, moisture and be pressed for caking. When it is more than 12 months, it still could be used if there is no caking.
                                                                            
Transport                                                                               

Handle with care to avoid breakage when moving. Keep from moisture when transporting. This
product is non-toxic, non-irritating, no-combustible.

Applied Range
1.PCE can make the water reduction rate of mortar reach more than 25%, and greatly improve the fluidity of mortar when the mortar is the same water.

3. Improve slurry flow, easy construction, improve construction efficiency;

Useing Method
Pre-mixed with other dry powder components, then packaged, and mixed with recommended water on site.
The recommended addition amount is 0.01%-0.30% of the cementing material, which should be determined according to the preliminary test of raw materials and construction specifications before use.
