 PCE Polycarboxylate superplasticizer is the newest generation superplasticizer used for concrete in domestic and abroad.This series of products is a new generation of environmentally friendly high performance polycarboxylate superplasticizer,
It is suitable for high volumetric stability, strong durability, high workability of the concrete. It can be widely used in ordinary pumping concrete and high-strength concrete, self-compacting concrete, plain concrete, precast concrete, Self-leveling mortar/Self-Leveling Compound,and other high-performance concrete. It has excellent performance.

Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer is a kind of free-flowing powder form superplasticizer, as a universal product, designed for applications of flowing mortars with universal and special cementitious binders.
Composed of polycarboxylate ether copolymer, its main chain anchors on the surface of cementitious  binder particle while the unique comb structure as side chain stretches in the water.
The combination of electrostatic force and steric stretching effect imparts low water demand and high flowing ability to mortars.

Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer is a kind of powder form polycarboxylate ether superplasticizer manufactured through optimizations of molecular configuration and synthesis process.It is suitable for cementitious mortars with requirements of high fluidity and high strength.
Widely used in highways, bridges, dams, tunnels, high-rise buildings and other engineering projects.

    With initiating systerm and reaction conditions,we achieve high adaptability.Comparing with PNS and other superplasticizer, PCE has many characteristic advantages in technology and performance as following:

(1) low dosage, high rate of water reducing;
(2) keep concrete good slumption retention;
(3) good compatibility with cement;
(4) small shrinkage of concrete to keep the stability of volume and durability;
(5) environmental in production and usage. Base on above advantages.

Characteristics  
As a universal and economical product, pce/Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer is recommended for production of flowing mortars with normal and special cementitious binder system due to the following characteristics,

the first generation water reducers are:lignosulfonate types(Na,Mg,Ca).
the second generation water reducers are:naphthalene sulfonate type,Sulfonated melamine formaldehyde type,aliphatic series,aminosulfonic acid series.
the third generation water reducer are :Polycarboxylate based superplasticizer.

PCE Powder for Tile Adhesive Grouting Material Repair MortarDosage and Handling
PCE Powder Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer should be dry-blended with the other dry ingredients at a minimal dosage of 0.1% to 0.3% by total weight of cementitious components. The actual dosage should be determined through suitable tests prior to production and application

Packaging and Storage
A. Standard Packing: In 25kg paper bags inner with PE bags
B. Big Bag or other special packages are possible on request. Not more than 12 months under condition 5-35°C, dry and cool. Prevent direct sunlight, moisture and be pressed for caking. When it is more than 12 months, it still could be used if there is no caking.

Application
It is suitable for ready-mix and cast-in-place concrete in the formulation of precast concrete, retarded concrete, large flow concrete, self-compacting concrete, mass concrete, high performance concrete and plain concrete, various industrial and civil construction. It is suitable for industrial and civil engineering, public infrastructure, hydroelectric engineering, and concrete ready-mix products that prefabricated and RMC concrete, reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete.
