Redispersible latex powder
Redispersible latex powder is made of vinyl acetate vinyl copolymer lotion through spray drying. This product is designed and produced for the practical application in China. It has stable quality and high cost performance, and is suitable for the production of dry mixed mortar. It is a free flowing white polymer powder, which can be easily re emulsified and dispersed in water to form a stable lotion. It can be mixed with other powdery materials such as cement, sand, lightweight aggregate, etc. in the production factory according to the corresponding ratio in the dry state to obtain cement dry mixed mortar of good quality and easy to use, so as to reduce the error and inconvenience when measuring lotion in the field construction.
Product performance of redispersible latex powder
- Improve the bending strength and flexural strength of mortar
The polymer film formed by redispersible latex powder has good flexibility. Forming a flexible connection between the gaps and surfaces of cement mortar particles. Heavy and brittle cement mortar becomes elastic. Mortar with the addition of redispersible latex powder has much higher tensile and flexural strength than ordinary mortar.
- Improve the adhesive strength and cohesion of mortar
After being filmed with redispersible latex powder as an organic binder, it can form high tensile strength and adhesive strength on different substrates.
